Eating out of home, in a food and nutrition unit, is an alternative for many people. The aim of this study was to verify the acceptability and refuse of meals by hospital workers in a dining hall. During three months, daily, all meals were weighted before leaving the kitchen and after people had eaten. The menus made by nutritionists were very accepted, with a general rate of 96,0% of acceptability and 4,9% of refuse. So, we concluded that these menus were made according to workers preference.Downloads
