The COVID-19 pandemic has brought great challenges to health systems and public health policies worldwide, as it requires new treatment and prevention strategies to adapt to the impact of the pandemic. In this context, measures to reduce psychological impacts must also be adopted. People with problems related to drug use and their families, go to health services not only to stop consumption but also to reduce, minimize and receive attention for organic or psychic impairments and build social relationships and gain autonomy. Thus, in this scenario, CENPRE adapted to the new health standards and established a routine of remote care with the adoption of virtual meetings among other actions, guaranteeing the protection of the health of patients, family members and team professionals. This article reports the reorganization of care practices, redefining the flow of care and restructuring of the new care routine.
