Abstract

The objective of the article is to show that the legal and normative framework of Colombian inclusive education operates as a government strategy under the logic of productive inclusion. Through the documentary review of the most representative regulations on the attempts of the Colombian State to achieve inclusive education, it was found that this strategy is fundamentally manifested in two ways: by the coexistence of forms of inclusion and exclusion in the way of conceiving the different; and, by the discourse of diversity as a discourse that recognizes the differences from a place of hegemony and with the purpose of productive insertion.
